Healthy Life Carrot Salad Sandwich
A healthy, fresh sandwich that is good any time of the year!
- 1/2 ripe banana, peeled
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 4 thin apple slices
- 2 slices Healthy Life Bread, toasted
- Mash banana in a bowl.
- Mix in carrots and lemon juice.
- Place lettuce on 1 slice of Healthy Life Bread.
- Put carrot mixture on top of lettuce.
- Top with apple slices and top slice of bread.
